This unique measure of transparency and quality of rulemaking is composed of over 15,000 data points covering 186 countries . It is produced by the World Bank Group in collaboration with government officials and private sector regulatory experts around the world.

Are regulations in force reviewed to be kept up to date and relevant to local businesses and investors alike? How? گزارش شاخص حكومت باز (پروژه عدالت جهاني)، ازگزارش های مرتبط با حوزه داده باز و شفافیت است که بر اساس ابعادي (همچون قوانين و اطلاعات حكومتي منتشرشده، حق دسترسي به اطلاعات ، مشاركت مدني و مكانيزم هاي دادخواهي ) به ارزيابي و رتبه بندي كشورها می پردازد. در آخرين ارزيابي اين گزارش در سال 2015 ، ايران با امتياز 0/35 در رتبه 99 بين 102 كشور قرار گرفته است.
