Global Indicators of Regulatory Governance
This unique measure of transparency and quality of rulemaking is composed of over 15,000 data points covering 186 countries . It is produced by the World Bank Group in collaboration with government officials and private sector regulatory experts around the world.
The indicators are available at www.rulemaking.worldbank.org. They cover:
Transparency of rulemaking Public consultation Impact assessments Accessing laws and regulations Ex-post review Challenging regulations
Do governments notify the public of upcoming changes in regulations and publish proposed texts for their review? How? How, when and from whom policymakers seek inputs on new regulations before finalizing their content? What potential impacts are taken into account in the formulation of new regulations, and how is this information disseminated? Can the private sector and general public access the laws and regulations of a given jurisdiction in one place that is regularly updated? Are regulations in force reviewed to be kept up to date and relevant to local businesses and investors alike? How? Can affected parties appeal adopted regulations to the relevant administrative agency? How?

گزارش شاخص حكومت باز (پروژه عدالت جهاني)، ازگزارش های مرتبط با حوزه داده باز و شفافیت است که بر اساس ابعادي (همچون قوانين و اطلاعات حكومتي منتشرشده، حق دسترسي به اطلاعات ، مشاركت مدني و مكانيزم هاي دادخواهي ) به ارزيابي و رتبه بندي كشورها می پردازد. در آخرين ارزيابي اين گزارش در سال 2015 ، ايران با امتياز 0/35 در رتبه 99 بين 102 كشور قرار گرفته است.
